That would depend on the time of day you are there.
Yes, there is parking behind the Majestic theater, it is a parking garage. The diner is across the street from the theater, also has a lot but it is very small.
Yes sounds familiar. Sorry. I drove 5 hours. Haha . ya live and learn
Yes, I had a very good burger there.
If you dont see street parking there's a small lot behind the diner

They are so sweet and as soon as we sat down we already had someone getting our drinks even if they were packed and there food is amazing
First shift is great, pleasant servers and great food. Second shift is good, decent servers huge menu a lot of choices you wont go home hungry! 3rd shift is a dare... unless your drunk you might not enjoy yourself.
Came here because of a recommendation......sadly disappointed. It was my first and last time coming. Waitress was very sweet, polite, and so overwhelmed with having an absentee owner. Lack of staff especially after having a very large motorcycle rally happen for a week. My order was so far wrong I could t eat it. Was told it was being taken off the bill and at the end when bill came out they still tried to charge my group for it. Thank God they caught it. Owner was yelling at staff over phone......they had no bus service to clean, prep, or keep tables ready. Kitchen I have no idea who they had cooking back there but I wasn't even offered to get a meal redone but offered a dessert for breakfast. We got almost all of our own condiments ie; sugar, half/half, milk, utensils, and napkins just to help the poor girl who was sadly overwhelmed.
The Lincoln diner is a great place to visit in Gettysburg. They have a very full menu of offerings, and usually a very impressive selection of desserts as well. I highly suggest the "Lumberjack" for breakfast - it has pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and ham for about $9.
Classic American diner. Delicious breakfast. Large portions. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Has small parking lot to the side and rear of restaurant. Open 24 hours.
This place used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Gettysburg PA but recently they haven't been great. Their menu is smaller but that is to be expected. What they can control is if a waitress drops their mask in your food, they should remake it but my waitress tried to serve the food to my mother. No thanks I will just go in another restaurant from now on. They were polite about it with good service but I'll pass. 3/5 stars
We came here with a large group. The staff were extremely proficient and made our experience that much better. Great prices, and even better food. We will definitely be back. We had everything from burgers to breakfast. The Lincoln Special was very flavorful and all our portions were large. Do not miss this classic diner when you come through Gettysburg! Definitely a MUST!
My Scrabble cheesy egg sandwich was very delicious, our waitress was great. Very nice place to eat.
Delicious breakfast, my husband recommends the ham omelet. The hash brown's are meh.
My son and I came in for a really quick breakfast this morning.we had a few extra minutes to get breakfast before school started. The food was brought out very quickly. The service was great and everything was yummy! We had been there over a year ago and my son remembered small details about the visit before. I would highly recommend especially if you're in a time crunch!
Food ok, short staffed, employees doing the best they can under the circumstances
We had a fun weekend in Gettysburg Pa topped off by a great breakfast at this cute little diner.. it had reasonable prices, wonderful staff and a home town feel.. the food was great and even though it was quite busy outlr waitress was on top of it..
Standard diner fare. Food good. Service was decent.
Best friend chicken the service is great and the prices are good
Great little diner, Affordable and clean, if your trying to do a decent breakfast and not spend alot this is a great place to try
Everything is delicious! The staff is friendly and courteous. The desserts look amazing!
I french toast and pie are off the chart good. Worth it and great prices! Great service too :)
Prompt service upon arrival. The waitress was friendly and helpful. A lot of food at affordable prices. Coffee was great and they also have a vast variety of desserts to choose from. I highly recommend Lincoln diner for breakfast!
I got the lasagna and it was really good, but the best part was the cheesecake. That was amazing and when I come back to Pennsylvania I will 100% be going back fore more!
Incredible food! Home style cooking and great hospitality! Every time I come here, I am always pleased! Something for everyone on the menu! Can not get enough of this place. Service is great and the employees are incredibly kind. 10/10!
Decent prices. The Italian Steak hoagie is very good. Lots of flavor and good size for the price. Cheesecake is very pricy.
Great food, great service!
This is the literal BEST breakfast I've EVER HAD. I highly recommend the Chocolate Milkshake and the Egg Beaters. Lincoln Diner is like a vacation for your mouth.
It was delicious, and prices are pretty reasonable; lower than i expected! The ice cream is delicious too. The hot fudge brownie was AMAZING. My 2 year old loved it as well.
My husband and I ordered take out tonight. Our food was honestly pretty bad. I got some broiled haddock that was tasteless and dried out like an old shoe, some instant mashed potatoes with blobby gravy thrown in them . My side salad had some brown lettuce but it was at least slightly edible. My husband got something else and he said it was just ok. It looked messy . I am giving two stars because the young lady who took my order waited on me was friendly and nice. I tipped her and our dinner cost over 35 dollars. Maybe it was an off night. I really have no idea. . It was our first time getting food at this diner and I think it will be our last. It was the worst take out food I've had in a long time. I was excited to try the diner too. The food in a nut shell sucked!
Hopefully you’ll get Trudy as your waitress! Do yourself a favor and order dessert first. It’s amazing!! Restaurant is larger than it seems, open for bigger parties in the back. Food is decent, prices are good!
Great prices. Good food. Pleasant service.
Classic American diner. Great variety on a large menu. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, tons of choices to choose from. A great break from the other options in the area. Prices are good, service was quick and food was large portions and decent. Great place to relax in a busy, high traffic area.worth a stop if you want a break from the Gettysburg experience. Oh, and Amazing Deserts!
Good sized portions and good prices. Loved the fries. Not happy about the burger being a frozen patty, not fresh beef. Cute little diner. Anyone with a disability needs to know there are 14 steps downstairs to the restrooms.
We waited over 45 minutes for our food. We understood because it was busy and they seemed short staffed. When our food finally came, it was cold and items were missing. We attempted to get the waitresses attention to no avail. At checkout we attempted to speak with someone “claiming” to be the manager. A child boy that had very ugly tattoos that weren’t covered and dressed very unprofessionally. He raised his voice at us and told us we were not allowed back. While we were definitely not planning on returning, my 80 year old grandmother was very disrespected and the man child was very very rude. DO NOT EAT HERE
Fine service. Good foods. Great prices.
Popular place in Gettysburg. Although great food and atmosphere for a throwback 1950s diner, I just wanted to save anyone some time who may be looking for Gluten Free food, this is NOT the place to go as they have nothing safe to eat.
Visited the Lincoln Diner during a holiday visit to Gettysburg. My grandson and I wanted a quick snack before heading home. Our dessert was excellent, fairly priced, and the waitress was friendly. The Lincoln Diner also affords a great view of Gettysburg 's historic train station.
Best place I ate at while in Gettysburg. The food was excellent and at reasonable prices. The service was quick and attentive.
Real deal here. Place is conveniently located, plenty of room inside, clean, and bright inside. Our waitress was top notch and was attentive without being overly so. And she was very friendly, which was very much appreciated by my son and myself. My son ordered French toast and bacon. I had the spaghetti and meat ball special. Both dishes arrived in a very reasonable amount of time and each tasted great. Portions are what I consider a good amount. Definitely not a place with small portions and high prices. Speaking of prices, total bill was $20. Very reasonable for a tourist town. Oh, and the Lincoln Diner is an authentic silver-type diner, so the inside is pretty cool. Won't be passing up this place next time we visit Gettysburg.
My family and I stopped in at the Lincoln Diner after spending the day driving around the Gettysburg battlefield. Our waitress, Nikki, was great! The burgers were cooked perfectly, the chopped sirloin was great, the gravy tasted nice, and the hot roast beef was real roast beef, not sliced lunchmeat. Nikki was very attentive and super friendly. She was quick to refill drinks and check on us. It was a wonderful experience! 😊 Oh I forgot to add the kids had the brownie cheesecake and caramel mousse for dessert and loved it! 😊
Nice little 24 hour diner. The menu has plenty to offer for anyone to get what they want. The food was great. Definitely better than expected for the price. I will return next time I'm in Gettysburg.
Good food, service was excellent! such a nice cozy spot to eat!
We went there for burgers & fresh cut fries, which were freaking awesome and the chicken parm platter. The staff was wonderful and obeyed safety protocols with the Coronavirus
Amazing food! They prices are unbelievably low and the quality and quantity is great. ALWAYS crowded so go early or expect to wait for a table.
One of my all time favorite locations for breakfast in the area. Usually very crowded but speedy service and great diner food. I take my family here all the time.
Friendly staff and the best chipped beef on toast I have ever had.
The best diner in Gettysburg!! The food and service were phenomenal!!
Great food at a great price will definitely make a point to go there again.
Good food and portion along with reasonable prices.
Worst service I have ever experienced. Very incompetent staff. The restaurant was not busy tables were waiting to get served and staff was either at station talking or out back smoking. This was for breakfast I could imagine a dinner service
Good Breakfast. Great service!
Love the Lincoln diner great food, wonderful service and outstanding value. A must visit when visiting Gettysburg!
Food was good although underneath our table there was alot of clutter, dirt, and trash some things are a little overpriced. Bathrooms are decent not anything terribly wrong with them.
My Family & I Visited GETTYSBURG for the 1st time & while We were there, We decided to pick a place to eat. We wound up going to a really nice little Diner called the "LINCOLN DINER". Our Waitress went Above & Beyond w/ GREAT Service & a SUPER NICE Personality. The Menu Choices were Many & Our Choices were DELICIOUS. The "LINCOLN DINER" reminded Me of a Small Hometown eatery that everyone would HIGHLY Recommend bc of that Special Time & that Special Someone that You shared that 1 Special Meal with. I don't know if I'll ever be in GETTYSBURG Again, but I will always remember The "LINCOLN DINER" & that 1 Truly GREAT Lunch.
